JERRY
(press name for details)
action / video / text / voice
[personal profile] expi

Appointed by the Council to reign in lawlessness in Aldrip, Jerry is a matter-of-fact man that has little time for nonsense. His goals are the Council's goals -- to make sure that peace comes back to the citizens and for the Chosen to carry out the rest of their sentences appropriately.

He is usually in the newly rebuilt City Hall, unless he's apprehending lawbreakers.

Jerry is not his real name, but it's the name that was given to him by a strange, sassy fairy that just seemed to stick. He may grumble about it if said fairy is around, but he's not very keen on giving out his real name, either.

Any lawlessness and rulebreaking or trolling can be sent to Jerry in the various ways listed above in this post. Sentencing proofs will also be sent to this post, with an appropriate subject line.

Oh, Jer-jer! They said "you must root out a crime that's beginning to take place in this world and give proof of their wrongdoing". Well, I am beginning to commit arson, and here is the proof, you are my witness.

(that smile of his. dark, dark, dark, smug, and satisfied as fuck.)

Are we done?

Did you people just bring me here not knowing who I am?

(the smile is now sickeningly sweet, so fake! so obviously so.)

Since your job seems to be cleaning after our messes, I'll leave you to it. See ya, Jer-Jer!

(oh, you sweet little thing. bingo.)

Assault, isn't it? I happen to be police as well - it's characterized violent crime in which an individual or a group inflicts physical contact that causes bodily harm and/or injury to another individual. It did hurt when you pull me, aren't you going to repent? Check your violent ways? Rehabilitate? On top of that, isn't this-- oh, what was it called? Oh! Abuse of authority includes-- Warrantless searches or arrests, and assault upon a citizen. Third, and if I don't? What are you going to do? Should I add more to that pretty little list of yours?

Ah, sucky to you, my memory is like a computer! So, let me remind you what assault is! An assault is the illegal act of causing physical harm or unwanted physical contact to another person, or, in some legal definitions, the threat or attempt to do so. It is both a crime and a tort and, therefore, may result in criminal prosecution, civil liability, or both.
