Appointed by the Council to reign in lawlessness in Aldrip, Jerry is a matter-of-fact man that has little time for nonsense. His goals are the Council's goals -- to make sure that peace comes back to the citizens and for the Chosen to carry out the rest of their sentences appropriately.

He is usually in the newly rebuilt City Hall, unless he's apprehending lawbreakers.

Jerry is not his real name, but it's the name that was given to him by a strange, sassy fairy that just seemed to stick. He may grumble about it if said fairy is around, but he's not very keen on giving out his real name, either.

Any lawlessness and rulebreaking or trolling can be sent to Jerry in the various ways listed above in this post. Sentencing proofs will also be sent to this post, with an appropriate subject line.

Assault, isn't it? I happen to be police as well - it's characterized violent crime in which an individual or a group inflicts physical contact that causes bodily harm and/or injury to another individual. It did hurt when you pull me, aren't you going to repent? Check your violent ways? Rehabilitate? On top of that, isn't this-- oh, what was it called? Oh! Abuse of authority includes-- Warrantless searches or arrests, and assault upon a citizen. Third, and if I don't? What are you going to do? Should I add more to that pretty little list of yours?

(1) you must help rebuild the city: hi, hello. i've returned. option B. she made a vending machine that will be there permanently in aldrip for everyone to use! jinx will occasionally stock it up with snacks and drinks for a low cost of 1 coin. this is for the people/newbies who just arrived in aldrip or anyone who can't afford food/drinks over at the seafood shack or sandwich hut.

(2) make the residents feel more secure: jinx cooking breakfast for people but she also stole the ingredients so like. lol. (note: log is rated PG-13, mention of nudity, PDA, & sexual situations)

— whether these hit the mark or not with the council, i as a player, personally don't mind. make her pass the tasks or fail them is up to you! i swing either way whatever happens.

Kotone was forced to be honest and admit to Scott that the reason she acts like everything is casual and tries not to let people get too close is because she doesn't want to make her choice to go home be even harder than it already is.

Emet-Selch made an...attempt to try and do better.

1) Helping Marianne look after an ailing old man (and also he has been working at the clinic since he arrived).

2) Network post where he intends to try and work on creating something for other mages to use who rely upon a finite resource of magic like he does. I'm not sure if he would actually be successful at that so I possibly need mod input on this, but at least he tried.

(He's basically trying to see if he can store aether in a crystal and get other Chosen to access it. He wants it to be doable by people who don't use aether themselves. Failing that, he'll store ready-made spells instead which should be able to be used by anyone.)

Ethlyn is going to have a good old chinwag with Claude about her culpability for the crimes of Grannvale.

[On the morning of November 9, Yu has finally had enough of the nightmares and waking dreams, and he stands outside of City Hall --suspiciously alone-- waiting for Jerry to come out. When he does, Yu lays out what he believes to be a logical response to his sentencing demand.]

I'm not going to bring you anyone. Having spoken to individuals who have committed things they believe to be wrong, I don't think any of them deserves to be turned in. Certainly not to spare myself.

Furthermore, I don't believe the trait of "loyalty" is, or should be, a crime. I have not placed that loyalty in anyone who doesn't deserve it. I exercise it at my own discretion, and because it is not a blind loyalty, I have chosen not to follow your directives.

Being a stubborn oaf that he is, Ragna has no intention of following through with the Council's assignment or even attempt to appease them! YOU'RE NOT HIS MOM ETC.

That being said, if the Council were to squint hard enough, they'd find he has shown himself to be rather protective of Jinx or Beta (if you, uh, ignore his plotting to murder Jerry in the very same thread...); neither of those were done with his sentencing in his mind, it's simply in his nature to be a caring big bro, as much as he doesn't want to admit it.

That being said, I'm perfectly fine with the Council finding that insufficient, too! He is being an asshat about it, after all, and if they decide he needs to be knocked down a peg for it, then so be it. I'm leaving it entirely up to you!

If that's what you wish... then you will be penalized.

Ragna's side effects at least start to subside after the due date for the Sentencing. He may even think that he got away with it.

Until the 17th, when the event starts.

He wakes up that day with no abilities whatsoever and unable to fight anything that comes his way for the duration of the event (at most until the 31st, depending on how the poll goes). Any fighting he does do will be clumsy and almost as if he went back to "level one", so to speak.
